| Abstract | The value stream for HVLV environments is very complex and requires a modified methodology for VSM. A qualitative mapping of the value stream from product order until delivery, followed by systematic interviews give the basis to create an improved value stream. This is especially relevant for companies that lack standard data from before, or environments where data proves difficult to measure. |
